Staff were friendly
we did not get a welcome drink as promised we did not get fruits in the room as promised we did not have a lake view room as promised we still had to pay the full price without any of the promised features. the bathroom door did not close we are very disappointed - thanks for giving us the opportunity to write - we did give feedback already to staff members yours, Adelheid Wilson room 604

Set only 100 metres away, Loving Hut is a wonderful place to eat nearby. We were near some of our favourite spots such as hoan kiem lake. Perfect for city trip.

This hotel is great value for money, offering prices that are exceptional in comparison to other hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests like me. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the Old Quarter and other lively areas of the city. The rooms on level 9 have amazing views over the city, allowing you to take in the beauty of Hanoi.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The breakfast options could be improved to cater to different tastes and preferences.

The room was spacious and just like the pictures online. Communication was great, with helpful emails and a confirmed pickup. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the old district and Hoan Kiem lake.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel's location is perfect, in the heart of the city and very close to the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel provides its guests with a map of the city.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, it had some stains and hairs. The noise level was higher than expected, even though we were in the middle of the city.

The noise from the street was a bit loud, making it difficult to sleep. the hotel could use some updates in the halls and common areas.
